I used my MLS training to develop the taxonomy and metadata to facilitate the search functionality. • JIRA Ticketing System - in the previous iteration of massart.edu, there were over 100 content managers who were often unfamiliar with the system. The website pages were dissimilar and delineated an inconsistent voice. With the help of IT, we launched a ticketing system overseen by the Web Developer and myself.
